1.  The driver 

We all know the driver ,  actually it is like a mobile phone charger , if the driver is easy to age ,  the led outdoor light will be not able to use normally .  The driver need to be with high quality , then it will sufficiently ensure the led lights get enough power from the driver , make the led chip work normally , and then ensure the normal lighting effect of led lights.
                                                                                     
2. Led chip 
The manufacturer need to sample to detect the aging of the led chip,  it is available to connect chip with large current to check the light decay made by chip ,  if it is serious light decay , that means the quality of led chip is not up to quality , and then the product with these materials can not ship to market .  If the light decay of the led chip is within standard range , the product can be sold .

3. Whole lamp 

The whole lamp need to be with aging test , we mainly check the stability of illuminatin, and then life time  .   Generally the whole lamp need to be aged test more than 24 hours ,  it is more clear to find out  if there anything wrong with aging test of the lamp ,  and learn the quality of the lamp .

4. Outer housing 

Many people don't think the outer housing is important , actually the outer housing is very important .  The outer housing not only protect chip but also emitter , etc . Its quality will directly affect the life time of lamp and aesthetics .  The main aging test of outer housing is impact test , after all the lamps will be installed outdoor occasionally,  the climate of outdoor will be often changed  , it will be easily corroded by rain , and more likely to encounter hail stone, so it must have good  impact resistance .
